3. Orders and Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the recipient’s country or city, customs procedures, and the workload of the shipping company.
Shipment tracking can be done via the tracking number sent to the user through email or SMS.

4. Returns and Cancellations

A right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the delivery date.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in a resellable condition.
Returns are not accepted for personal-use items, custom-made products, or items that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
