MACRODEC MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This agreement is concluded between the person who becomes a member of the Macrodec.com website (the “Member”) and MACRODEC DİJİTAL TASARIM VE SANAT TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Macrodec”) and sets out the conditions regarding the Member’s use of the services provided through Macrodec.com.

1. Parties

This agreement is made between the internet user who becomes a member of Macrodec.com (the “Member”) and
MACRODEC DİJİTAL TASARIM VE SANAT TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ
address: Istanbul, Türkiye
("Macrodec").

2. Membership Conditions

In order to become a Member, it is mandatory to be at least 18 years old.
Membership is free of charge.
The Member declares that all information provided during registration is true and up to date.
Macrodec reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership applications.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Member

The Member may use the services offered on Macrodec.com only for lawful purposes.
The Member is responsible for the protection of their username and password.
The content, design, visuals, and texts on Macrodec.com are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or distributed without permission.
The Member bears the legal and financial responsibility for all actions performed through the site.

4. Rights and Obligations of Macrodec

Macrodec reserves the right to make changes at any time to the site content, service conditions, or membership system.
Macrodec may unilaterally update this agreement, and the updated version shall enter into force as of the moment it is published on the site.
Where deemed necessary, Macrodec has the right to suspend, temporarily halt, or permanently terminate membership.

5. Termination

The Member may terminate their membership account at any time.
Macrodec has the right to unilaterally close the accounts of Members who act contrary to the membership conditions or the applicable legislation.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
The parties agree that Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise.

7. Entry into Force

The Member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement when becoming a member of Macrodec.com.
The agreement enters into force upon the Member’s approval in electronic form.
